Joshua listed our Condo in Encino and did an amazing job selling it. His expertise in negotiating to get us top dollar was the iceing on the cake. After contingencies were lifted from the buyers we had two weeks to find a new home. He did some great negotiating again on an amazing Condo right where we wanted to be! We are beyond thrilled with everything he has done for us.
