Shauna is the very best agent in so many ways. I can’t say enough amazing things about Sally and Nicole! I have been looking for a home for the last few years and Nicole previewed my dream home during a Sunday open house a month ago and intuitively knew it was the right house for me. She immediately called me to meet her and waited over 1 hour at the property until I arrived. She was spot on, the house was perfect and the next day we submitted an offer on the property. There was another offer on the property and the seller tried to create a bidding war which I was not interested participating in. Sally is the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with. Her knowledge of the market is unparalleled. She knows a property’s value and how to get the most out of a listing. I engaged her after I had 3 consecutive buyers pull out. The day she took over the listing, I had offers for full asking. Sally had fully vetted the potential buyers and advised me on the best fit. The escrow process could not have gone smoother and we sold at full asking price.

"Brooke is the greatest. I had a condo I wanted to sell in a down market before the market declined further. She recommended I paint it white, move out and have it staged. Although I was a little hestitent at first especially having to move out and having to pay extra rent if the condo didn't sell quickly, I decided to listen to the expert and followed her suggestions. I was able to get it painted in about 1 week and moved out. Brooke then sent in someone to clean the place and the next day she got the stager in who did an excellent job and finished in 1 day. Brooke also got me a very low price for the stager. As soon as the staging was done the photographer came in to take pictures which were excellent. Because I wanted to get the unit sold ASAP, Brooke suggested we hold an open house that Sunday (the photographer finished Saturday morning. ) Brooke felt it was a better idea to hold the open house before the brokers' caravan the following Tuesday because if we waited until the next weekend it would have been part of the Thanksgiving holiday and very few places sell between Thanksgiving and the end of the year. I was concerned that it was too short a time to get people to show up, but Brooke assured me it wouldn't be a problem. So we set up the open house that Sunday and about 30 people showed up, and between then and the brokers' open house the following Tuesday, I got 3 offers all at or above asking price and accepted an all cash offer above asking price that same week."

Brooke was really great. She helped me buy a home that I love in this tough market. I had a previous experience with another agent right before her who modified my offers without telling me, and the offers were not in my best interest, so it was nice to be able to find someone who can be trusted. I highly recommend her and would definitely use her again for my next home.

Kathryn was able to effectively and timely communicate with sellers in order to highlight the advantages of our offer. Kevin helped us rent out our house. What set Kevin apart is maybe not so much the regular business end of renting out a house. Advertise it, show it, fill in the paperwork - done. To me, not being a realtor, seems pretty straight forward. What set Kevin apart was that when we had issues and misunderstandings/assumptions he stepped it up and took care of things that where maybe outside the norm and in the end made us happy.

Erica did an amazing job listing and selling our home and in the end she helped us get $500K over our asking price. She started the process by meeting with us and walking through listing options including activities that needed to be done to prepare the house and working with us on a timing strategy to ensure maximum traffic. Once the home was listed, she worked closely with us to minimize the impact on us when showing the property. My daughter and I worked with Debra Smalley. We found a hidden gem of a condominium. Because of Debra's expertise in negotiating and knowledge of the process in a competitive environment, we were able to purchase this condo despite the high number of offers and back up offers.
