" Over the past several months, I have observed strong overseas presence among luxury buyers," she said. "Nearly three out of four potential buyers for my $20 million-plus listings have been international. Many wealthy foreign buyers are looking for deals in the U.S. and overseas markets. Los Angeles real estate prices are currently a bargain compared to many other international cities where real estate prices have skyrocketed. Also, a weak dollar helps make the U.S. seem like a good deal to foreign buyers."
