Marc Sonnenthal

Marc Sonnenthal is an experienced, locally based Beverly Hills and Westside luxury real estate agent, with deep market knowledge acquired over many years in the development and sale of luxury residences and buildings in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles.

Marc began his career at Mortimer Investments LTD in London, England, where he served as assistant to the firm's managing director in the investment and development divisions. While there, he was involved in locating, purchasing, and negotiating across all areas of investment, development, property management, and sales. During this time, he represented over $150 Million in property as both a principal and broker in various transactions. His first development in Los Angeles was 717 N. Highland Avenue, a collection of 31 live-work lofts, where he was instrumental in the purchase, design, build, and sale. Other projects include 530 and 636 Larchmont Boulevard and 833 S. Spring Street, a complete redesign and renovation from top to bottom, newly dubbed as the Primrose Design Building. He first operated as leasing agent and ultimately listing agent for the building.

In 2016 alone, he sold over $45 Million in hotel value in DTLA with Daum Real Estate. Moving into the residential sector with a keen focus on Beverly Hills and the Westside, he joined a firm to purchase, upgrade, and sell more than 20 homes in 2016 which was extremely exciting for him. He loves beautiful homes, and his enthusiasm for making others happy is a key motivator in the process. He has achieved success through his constant determination and hard work ethic. One of Marc's most recent sales closed for $16,500,000 in the BHPO area where he had the honor of serving both buyer and seller at 9454 Highridge Drive. He is driven by always working to evolve with an open mind and heart, while encompassing loyalty, honesty, and integrity. It is very important to Marc to do the best he can for his clients, and he loves the family feel he discovered when joining the Sally Forster Jones Group.

Marc has worked for many years doing charity work as a mentor by teaching inner-city kids' programs and spirituality for kids and adults in the UK and the US. He has studied yoga, meditation, and martial arts for over 25 years and loves all aspects of physical training for the body and the mind.
