Growing up in Chicago and having been educated on both the East and West Coasts, he has a firm grasp on a wide range of cities and regions across the United States.

Adam combines an MFA in film production from USC with an MBA in business from Oxford in the UK, and he has run a high-end painting company for a number of years here in Los Angeles. It is this combination of experiences and skills that enables him to balance a high-level design and storytelling sense with a strong financial acumen.

He is also a great people person and is someone who thinks strategically and understands the nuance of negotiation. He is knowledgeable about the LA market and is inspired by the city's exceptional architecture.
