With 17 years of dynamic experience in business, real estate, social networking & technology, Mark Gonzales has proved to be resilient pivoting no matter what circumstance arises. During the quarantine he was one of the first to offer Virtual Agent Services to help home buyers and sellers safely. Mark says, “I’ve always been an early adopter of technology which has allowed me to maximize exposure for each listing I represent; averaging 15,000 - 20,000 online views within the first week of being on the market.” He also values diversity: “My mission is to help everyone find their place in the world regardless of race, color, religion, sexual identity & ethnicity.“ After obtaining his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business and Real Estate, Mark Gonzales was awarded the 30 Under 30 Award from the National Association of Realtors in 2009 for pioneering social media to sell real estate before Facebook and Instagram became popular using MySpace. As a result, he defied the market at the time, successfully selling homes in the great recession. Today his social media influence spans to over 30,000 followers. His innovative relationship building strategies have provided opportunities outside of his brokerage practice. “I built real estate teams for a well-known real estate tech brokerage website, expanding to over 80 cities. It was a wild ride that taught me how to use technology to be highly efficient and productive." The startup went public with a valuation of over $3 billion in July 2017 and is now traded on the NYSE. Being Filipino-American, Mark is proud of helping diverse clientele create their legacies. As a son of a successful healthcare CEO & real estate investor, his Mother showed him the importance of a strong work ethic and investing in your first home. “It really set my brother and I up for success.
