The residence offers eight bedrooms, a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, a home theater, and an infinity pool
A recently completed modern home featuring expansive indoor and outdoor living space in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles hit the market Monday for $18.95 million.
The home offers eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms with a total of 11,621 square feet of living space, according to the listing with Sally Forster Jones and Aaron Kirman of Compass, and Farah Levi of The Agency.
“Your jaw drops as soon as you enter the property because of its impressive volume, open-floor plan and indoor/outdoor living that all highlight the remarkable vistas,” Ms. Jones said.
The house has an open-concept main floor, featuring high ceilings, walls of glass, white oak floors and crystal chandeliers. The master suite on this level has decks, walk-in closets, a master bathroom with exotic Spanish titles, a steam shower, a tub, and a double-sided fireplace, according to the listing.
The lower level is dedicated to entertaining, which offers a walk-in, 1,000-bottle wine cellar; a gym; a home theater; a game room, a bar and other amenities.
Outdoor living includes a 70-foot infinity pool with a spa, a manicured yard with an 800-square-foot exotic wood deck, and a 2,000 square-foot roof with fire pits, a kitchen, and a solarium with a 15-foot-tall water fountain, according to the listing.
“The gated estate, awe-inspiring views and lush grounds create an amazing resort-like atmosphere that can make you never want to leave, all in close proximity to the best that Los Angeles has to offer,” Ms. Levi of The Agency said.
The developer purchased the property via a limited liability company in 2016 for $2.495 million, according to property records. Construction began in 2017 and was completed earlier this year, according to the listing agents.
